Returns Policy

If you are not happy with your purchase it can be returned for a refund or an exchange providing it is unworn, in its original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or dispatch invoice) within 28 days. If you are purchasing an item as a gift we are happy to extend our return period if arrangement is made at the point of purchase.

Purchases made throughout December may be returned or exchanged until January 15th 2021 allowing you to buy Christmas gifts with confidence.

Bespoke & personalised items are excluded from our returns policy unless specifically arranged at the point of purchase and can only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds of purchases made in the showroom will be made via the original payment method and require the payment card to be presented. Refunds of online purchases will be made via the original payment method and may take up to 10 days to process.
