Job Vacancy: Retail Jeweller

Job title: Retail Jeweller
Hours: 38 per week (4-day working week including Saturdays)
Salary: Starting salary from £11.50 per hour + annual profit bonus
Location: S10, Sheffield

What’s involved in the role?
A customer facing role, your days will be spent helping customers with a wide variety of different enquiries including:

• Jewellery and watch sales
• Repairs and restorations
• Bespoke commissions
• Buying jewellery and watches for our pre-owned collections

Thanks to the diversity of what we do, no two days are the same; you need to be flexible in how you approach each customer and each day. As a comparatively small team we all ‘muck in’ and take on all of the odd jobs needed to keep a business running smoothly.

You will be encouraged to fully embrace your role and make it your own. While every member of our team needs to be an all-rounder, once established we anticipate some specialisation in areas of particular interest and we’ll support that with training and funded education. Once sufficiently experienced you will be largely self-managing whilst still being supported by your colleagues and the senior management where necessary.

The Package
Salary is individually negotiated depending on experience and what you can bring to the role. Starting salary from £11.50 per hour plus annual profit share.
