For use of PA Jewellery Supplies Ltd, owner of www.pajewellery.com

General

1.1 In using PA Jewellery.com (owned by and referred to as PA Jewellery Supplies Ltd/the website/we/our/us) you (referred to as the customer/buyer) are contractually obliged to adhere to our terms and conditions as detailed on the site at the time of use.

PA Jewellery Supplies Ltd reserves the right to change the terms and conditions when and where necessary so please ensure;

• You read the full terms and conditions each time before using the site
• Print a copy for future reference
• Read our privacy policy regarding the handling of personal data

1.2 All contractual obligations between you and us by means of our website shall be governed and construed according to English Law and any arising disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

1.3 In using this website you are by admission over the age of 18 or have obtained your parent/guardians authority/ consent.

1.4 The intellectual property rights are exclusive to PA Jewellery Supplies Ltd (or agents there of). Any information made available to you through the website is for personal and non-commercial only, you may only download such material and content for the purpose of using this website. You may not use, or facilitate third party use of any material made available to you through our website.

1.5 Due to variations in monitor displays and colour capabilities we are unable to guarantee product images are accurate representations of actual merchandise, not all products shown are actual size (where appropriate accurate product specifications are given).

Ordering

1.6 How to Order

You can order online by clicking on the title of a product to enlarge the image then selecting the 'add to basket' options. You can then ‘continue shopping' or 'go to checkout'.

1.7 Paying for your goods

If you go to the checkout, you will be required to fill in your details either by logging in (existing customers only) or filling in the new customer fields ( for information on protecting your personal data please read our privacy policy).

You will be given several payment options, which are:

• Pay online (via Protx)
• Pay over the telephone (Monday to Friday 10.00 am-5.30 pm)
• Make an order via post ( download order form here )

1.8 Dispatching your goods

Once your order has been received we will send you an e-mail confirming the order details and our acceptance (subject to standard security checks, PA Jewellery Supplies Ltd reserve the right to refuse payment for any reason). Goods will be dispatched on receipt of payment.We aim to dispatch goods within the usual time frame quoted alongside each item. Occasionally we need to contact you with a revised time frame, no payments will be taken until we receive confirmation of your acceptance of this revision. Your goods will be packaged in unique PA Jewellery.com packaging with accompanying Guarantee of Satisfaction card.

The price shown on the goods is fully inclusive of VAT but does not include postage & packaging which is charged at £2.00 for total orders under £80 and £4.00 for total orders over £80 and watches (due to bulk).

Payment of the total purchase price (including VAT and any delivery charges) must be made and accepted in full before dispatch of the goods

All goods will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery service.

The risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date the product is delivered.

PA Jewellery Supplies Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of failure to meet any estimated delivery date.

If goods are not available at the time of order we will contact you and offer alternative products or a revised delivery date (where the product is still available). Alternatively you can cancel the order and receive a full refund

1.9 Warranty

PA Jewellery Supplies Ltd warrants that the goods will at the time of delivery correspond to the description given on the website (refer to section 1.5 ) All products are protected by a one year manufacturing guarantee (commencing from the date of the guarantee of satisfaction card). PA Jewellery Supplies Ltd reserves the right to deem if products are faulty due to manufacturing defect, misuse or negligence. Where it is deemed products are faulty due to misuse or negligence your guarantee is void.

2.0 Cancellations and Returns

On receipt of your goods please inspect them immediately, if the goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the contract please contact returns@pajewellery.com or call 0114 267 2850 within 3 days of receiving the goods. You will be given the option to view alternative products, exchange (where the product is still available) or receive a full refund.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from pajewellery.com you are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days from receiving the goods, please contact returns@pajewellery.com or call 0114 267 2850. You will be given the option to view alternative products or receive a full refund. You will receive a refund of all monies paid excluding delivery charges (see section 1.6 for details on free returns) within 30 days of cancellation.

2.1 How to Return Goods

It is your responsibility to contact us prior to returning goods (for contact details see section 2.0 ) you can request a 'free specials returns envelope' by including your name and address details on your message. If you choose not to take advantage of our free returns service you will not be refunded any delivery charges.

It is your responsibility to return goods to us in their original packaging with the corresponding guarantee of satisfaction card and accompanying returns form (download here). We cannot guarantee refunds or exchanges on goods returned without the original packaging/guarantee card and returns form.

You will be given the options to refund/ exchange (where product is still available)/view alternative products, on your returns form.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of cancellation. We will contact you (with the details provided on the returns form) with an estimated dispatch dates for exchanged goods or information on alternative products.

2.2 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude or limit the liability of PA Jewellery Supplies Ltd for death or personal injury, however PA Jewellery Supplies Ltd shall not be liable for any direct loss or damage suffered by the buyer howsoever caused, as a result of any negligence, breach of contract or otherwise in excess of the price of goods.

PA Jewellery Supplies Ltd shall not be liable under any circumstances to the customer or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss of profit, consequential or other economic loss suffered by the customer howsoever caused, as a result of any negligence, breach of contract, misrepresentation or otherwise.

2.3 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to Acts of God, strikes, lock outs, breakdown of plant or machinery or shortage or unavailability of raw materials from a natural source of supply, and the party shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of its obligations.

2.4 Severance

If any term or provision of these Terms and Conditions is held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction such provision shall be severed and the remainder of the provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect as if these Terms and Conditions had been agreed with the invalid, illegal or unenforceable provision eliminated
