Delivery All parcels will be dispatched via a method which must be signed for upon receipt. All items are insured against loss or damage during delivery.

We currently only despatch goods for delivery within the United Kingdom.

Orders below £30.00 will be subject to a delivery charge of £2.50 to cover postage and packing.

Orders between £30.00 and £100.00 will be sent by recorded delivery free of charge. If you would like your order to be sent by special delivery we can arange this for a small fee, contact us by telephone to arange this.

Orders over £100.00 will be sent by special delivery free of charge.

*Royal Mail recorded delivery is subject to the normal conditions of first class post but requires a signature upon receipt.

+Royal Mail special delivery is guaranteed to be delivered before 1pm on the day after being dispatched (except Saturday) and requires a signature upon receipt.

Delivery time The delivery time quoted alongside each item is usually the maximum time taken to order or manufacture the item.
We will make every effort to adhere to the delivery time quoted alongside each item featured on our website.

We may occasionally need to contact you with a revised delivery date. If a delivery date does need to be revised we will not take any payment until you have accepted the new time and you will be given the option of cancelling your order if the new delivery date is not acceptable.

Payment Methods Online we accept all the major credit / debit cards via our payment gateway (SagePay).

In-store we accept most methods of payment including cash (sterling), Cheque (subject to seeing a suitable guarantee card) business cheque, debit and credit cards.

We can also offer 12 months interest free credit (subject to status). Please ask for more information and details of any exclusions.

Online Orders & Card Security All credit / debit card orders placed online are made on a secure, encrypted server to ensure the privacy and security of your information. All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our payment processor (SagePay) - we never have access to your card details at any time.

Refunds Customers have up to 14 days after the goods dispatch date in which to request a return and refund. Before returning any product(s) please contact us via email or telephone. Other than item(s) returned due to being faulty PA Jewellery reserve the right to reduce the amount refunded by the an amount not exceeding the cost incurred in posting the item(s).

Rings made to order in your size may be excluded from our usual returns policy unless special arrangement is made when placing your order. If you are unsure of the size required please contact us prior to ordering for advice.
